Yes, this is a Pillowcase!
December 18, 2008
I will have to post more photos when we get back into town, but this is the cutest dress ever!
Abigail came over today to model her dress–made out of a pillowcase!–and it is adorable.
This one is the Christmas version, and with the weather we have had for the past few days, it was perfect!
We are headed over the river and through the woods this weekend for Christmas festivities and shall return on Sunday.
Happy Weekend!

The lovely lights at Julie’s house.
The light in front looks like a microphone stand!

Sneak Peek
December 13, 2008
We had a full day of Santa Clause and Christmas portraits!
First stop was Lunch With Santa out at the Newnan Utilities cabin. Santa was super nice and his elf had the most amazing Santa purse ever. I will have to post a photo later after I have gone through all 200 photos! It was a leather handbag from the 70′s that was adorned with vintage sleigh bells across the leather strap. I noticed it the second she came in and thought about swiping it for a second or two. But, it WAS Santa Clause…..and I did not want to run the risk of getting put on the Naughty list after being charged with theft.
The elf kept her bag.
Then I met the S family at Ashley Park for some photos around the tree. You guys were great to brave the cold without jackets!
You guys were great—thanks for having me come out.
Since I love candids….here is one my favorites from today. I will let you know when the rest are up!
Happy Weekend!

Ryan on the Tracks
December 2, 2008
We pulled over on the way home from the farm to take a quick picture on these tracks. They seemed to go on forever. There was grass coming up through the tracks behind me, almost up to my knee. Made me wonder how long it had been since a train had actually come through there. We only trespassed for a minute or two as the rain was starting to fall.
We had a great trip and really enjoyed seeing family and friends this past week. It was nice being reminded of how thankful we are for all that we have.
