Scheduling for October
August 18, 2009
My schedule for August and September is full! If you have a September deadline and would still like to book a session with me, I can schedule you in October, but still let you come in for a yearbook session in September. I have a handful of yearbook session days set aside since we are basically still letting the paint dry in our studio! Plus, those sessions tend to be quick anyway. I mean how many poses can you do in a drape?

Kate–Newnan High School Class of 2010
August 18, 2009
I had a great time with Kate and her mom during our session. Even though it was her dream to do an entire session with her car, I was able to convince her to at least take SOME photos without it.
A beautiful girl with an amazing sense of humor and an absolutely bright future ahead of her….
And because I told her I would….

the post where I admit to being a bad blogger…
August 11, 2009
This photo pretty much sums everything up. The bottom fell out over the past few weeks and I have been up to my eyeballs in amazing senior sessions, studio painting and kindergarten prep. If you follow me on Facebook (and you should, so just click the link up there on the top right side) then you have seen the lovely sneak peeks I post for these awesome girls. (and boys, even though you are woefully outnumbered!)
Ryan started kindergarten on Friday. Truth be told, it was harder on me than it was on him…but isn’t that usually the case? Drew starts preschool in a couple of weeks, and I sure that the story will be significantly different than this one.
Can you get kicked out of preschool for fighting?
My schedule should even out starting next week, so I will be able to catch up a little on my blogging.
As of today I am scheduling sessions in mid-September, so if you need a spot let me know!
Here is Miss Kaycee from earlier tonight…

Studio Stuff….
August 3, 2009
The walls are up and painted and the studio is starting to come together! I am so excited and can not wait to find some neat furniture to move in to the space and start shooting. The rain has not been nice to the last few sessions, but I am hoping that things will start to get better soon.
It’s nice to know that when I want to try my new lighting out, I can just look outside and find willing models to sit still for me. At least a little bit.
Here are Rebecca and Karlee practicing to become future senior reps for me!
